Pricing

How we price

A proof of concept on your documents, a fixed-price pilot you can stop after, then an annual subscription priced by volume. There is no public price list.

Mirage does not sell a licence you configure. Every engagement is scoped on your own documents and systems, so the price follows the workflow rather than a seat count.

Forward-deployed engineers, the integration with your ERP, TMS or estimating tools, and the review workflow your team uses are part of the deployment, not options.

How is an engagement billed?

Three steps, in this order, for every client.

01

Proof of concept

One week after the first meeting, built on your documents. It shows whether the workflow is worth automating before anything is signed for production.

02

Pilot

A fixed price for a defined scope: one workflow, in production, with your team reviewing the exceptions. You can stop after it.

03

Subscription

Annual, priced by the volume the agents process: documents, orders or quotes. It covers operation, monitoring and the engineers who keep it running.

What drives the price?

Volume

How many documents, orders or quote requests the agents handle in a year.

Systems

How many systems the agents read from and write to: ERP, TMS, WMS, estimating tools, email.

Variety

How many formats, languages and layouts arrive, and how many arrive scanned or handwritten.

Rules

The validation, review and escalation rules a person must see before anything is written back.

Workflows

Each additional workflow is scoped and added on its own, once the previous one is trusted.

What is included?

  • Engineers on site and in your systems until the workflow runs in production.
  • Integration through your systems' documented interfaces, and the connector built when none exists.
  • The exception review queue your team works from, and the audit trail behind every write.
  • Monitoring, and the changes needed when your documents or formats change.
  • A signed NDA on request, before any document is shared.

FAQ

How much does Mirage Metrics cost?

There is no public price list. The pilot is a fixed price agreed on the scoped workflow, and production runs on an annual subscription priced by the volume the agents process. Ask for a scoped quote: every request is answered within two hours.

Is there a free trial?

Not a self-serve one. The proof of concept, built on your own documents one week after the first meeting, is how you see the agent work on your case before committing to a pilot.

Can we stop after the pilot?

Yes. The pilot has a defined scope and a fixed price so that you can stop at the end of it. Clients who continue move to the subscription and add the next workflow.

What does the subscription cover?

Running the agents in production, monitoring them, keeping the integrations working when your systems or document formats change, and the engineers who do it. It is priced by volume, not by user.

How long before a workflow is in production?

Under four weeks on average to the first production workflow. A narrow document-extraction task can run within 48 hours; a workflow across several systems takes 2 to 12 weeks.

Do you charge for the integration?

The integration is part of the deployment, not a separate line: the agents connect to your ERP, TMS or estimating tools through their documented interfaces, and our engineers build the connector when none exists.
