Solutions
Systems Mirage builds for operations
Control rooms, fleet and haulage intelligence, fuel reconciliation, weighbridges, quarry dispatch and mining software. Each one is built around the operation it runs in and connected to the systems already there, not sold as a fixed product.
Control room
Operations Control Room
See what is actually happening across the operation. Connect telematics, planning, fleet, customers and maintenance data into one real-time system.

Mining software
Custom Mining Operations Software
Software built around how the mine actually operates. Extraction, hauling, stockpiles, equipment, fuel and maintenance connected, not replaced.

Exploration
Mining Intelligence & Exploration
Turn fragmented geological data into an exploration system: reports, drilling, geochemistry, geophysics and imagery in one environment.

Fleet intelligence
Fleet & Haulage Intelligence
Understand what every asset is actually doing. Raw GPS turned into trips, loading, waiting, idle time and cycle times.

Quarry TMS
Quarry Tracking & TMS
Track every load from quarry to destination. Orders, trucks, GPS, loading, weighing and delivery in one operational system.

Weighbridge
Smart Weighbridge / Pont Bascule
Turn the weighbridge into an automated control point: cameras, plate recognition, GPS and ERP/TMS reconciled at the point of movement.

Fuel
Fuel Intelligence
Know where the fuel goes. Tanks, pumps, deliveries, transactions and vehicles reconciled in one system, with abnormal consumption flagged as it happens.

FAQ
What is the difference between a solution and a case study on this site?
A solution page describes a system Mirage builds and adapts to an operation, without naming a client. A case study names the client and gives the figures it published with Mirage, such as Transwin or John Cockerill.
Are these off-the-shelf products?
No. Each system is built and run by Mirage's engineers inside the client's environment, connected to the ERP, TMS, telematics and field equipment already in place. A given engagement may need one of these, a combination, or something new.
How long does one take to deploy?
A proof of concept on your own data comes one week after the first meeting, and the first workflow reaches production in 4 to 6 weeks. Systems that span several sites or a lot of field equipment take longer and are scoped at the first meeting.
Get a custom automation plan
Tell us where your operations lose time. We send back a written plan: which workflows are worth automating, what a deployment looks like on your systems, and the shortest path to production. No commitment.
