Rouandi's team was new to the Mirage Intelligence platform. Mirage ran a hands-on enablement session built around real use cases, aimed at making the team self-sufficient and turning their feedback into the platform's next improvements.
About Rouandi
Rouandi is a civil engineering and construction firm, the kind of operation Mirage's Construction Intelligence products are built for: estimating and engineering teams working from technical drawings and documents on live projects.
Rouandi had already adopted the Mirage Intelligence platform. The next step was making sure the team actually using it day to day was comfortable driving it on their own.
Where it started
A platform only pays off once the people using it every day are comfortable with it. Rather than leave Rouandi's team to explore Mirage Intelligence on their own, Mirage ran a dedicated enablement session with them, built around the team's actual workflow instead of a generic product walkthrough.
Inside the session
The session opened with a general walkthrough of the platform's main features, then moved into several hands-on exercises built around concrete use cases, letting the team work directly in the tool instead of watching a passive demo. Time was set aside throughout for open questions, so the team could work through the specific situations they were most likely to run into on their own projects.
Feedback in the loop
Every question and sticking point raised during the session was logged, not just answered in the room. That feedback feeds directly into Mirage's product roadmap, so the platform keeps adapting to how Rouandi's team actually works instead of staying fixed at what shipped on day one.
What changed
Rouandi's team came out of the session able to use the Mirage Intelligence platform on their own, with a direct channel back to Mirage for the improvements that matter most to their day-to-day work. The figures below are Mirage's estimate based on the session's format and typical enablement outcomes, not yet independently measured at Rouandi.
